This class will use Hatha – Vinyasa foundations to help you build body awareness, strength and confidence on the mat.
We’ll also dive into yoga philosophy (Yamas) but the main focus will be on getting comfortable with the poses. This class is for everyone whether you are new in yoga or you are looking to refine your foundations.
Please if you are 10 minutes or more delayed from your class DO NOT RING THE BELL, for safety reasons and respect towards to our members you access will be denied.
